Healing Crystals

With the Corona-virus running rampant in the news right now, it seems like a good time to talk about crystal healing.

Disclaimer: I am not suggesting crystal healing as an alternative to medical treatment.

Are you feeling run down, have a cough that won’t go away or a lingering migraine? Crystals may be the answer. There are many different kinds; making it difficult to know where to start.

Clear Quartz

An amplifier may not seem like a logical choice for healing; but it is actually the best. Rather than amplifying the negatives, it amplifies only the positives. It also has a clearing effect, which can work for things like migraine and brain fog. It can help reduce pain and the effect of toxins in the body.

Rose Quartz

Wear a rose quartz for its effect on love and harmony. It is closely associated with the heart chakra. With that in mind, if you suffer from a heart condition you may find that it helps you. You can also use it as a fertility aid.

Moonstone

Helping with emotional stability, you may be able to minimize the effects of Bipolar Disorder by wearing a piece of Moonstone. Highly effective in regulating female hormones.

Aventurine

This is a hard working stone and of my personal favorites. It’s associated with the heart chakra. It can help with thyroid and other hormonal imbalances, lower cholesterol, balance blood pressure and reduce acne. It helps allergy sufferers as well.

Agate

Agate is tied to the throat chakra. It has a wonderful ability to improve concentration. And it may help with a sore throat or cough as well as skin disorders.
